NDP pharmacare bill gets its moment in the sun

Hey r/onguardforthee mods, whenever I share excerpts from an article it gets removed and I get a warning, so I'm interested in knowing why OP of this day old post that's fairly visible can leave the entire article in the comments, seemingly pain-free? Is there a trick to not getting article quotes removed by the mods? No commentary either, just the relevant information from the article, similar to what the worldnews autotldr bot does. Strange that some articles can be quoted and others can't.

In the interest of transparency, I do hope my question is addressed and not swept under the rug with a silent removal, a highly concerning practice on any subreddit meant to be an open national forum.
