Near mental breakdown.

Don't take any action nor make any decisions while angry or on the verge of nervous collapse. Make that a life rule that you never break, and you will save yourself a lot of self-inflicted harm.

Your mind and body are probably more resilient than you think. Your nerves are not. That's a set of meat wires you're sending live current down at a potential increasing every time you carry a little more weight or try to increase your speed. Dude, metal wires wear out. How do you think meat wires fare?

Ask serious body builders, and if they're honest, they'll tell you that your central nervous system can be damaged by over training. It includes mood swings, sleep cycle changes, physical pain, fatigue, sex drive degradation, and on and on the list goes.

Just do this: on your next day off, lie in bed. That's it. Just like there. Sleep, browse on your phone, whatever. Doesn't matter. No fornication unless someone else does the work. Just like there until you can't stand to any longer. Then hit your couch and sit there. For just one day, move as little as possible. You'll notice the difference.
