Necessity for max resilience needs to be dialed back.

So, it is worth pointing out, that cooldown reductions value is non linear when compared to the outright numbers.

So, just as an example, if you reduced cooldown times of an ability by 1 second for each tier stat,, 1 second at T10 means more than 1 second at T2.

EG.

Base cooldown 10 seconds.

T0-T1? 10% benefit. 10 -> 9 seconds.

T8-T9, the change in cooldown is 50% reduction (from 2 seconds, to 1 second).

So, if you look at a graph of "diminishing benefits" when looking at the headline reduction (IE amount of seconds it is reduced by), that doesn't really give you the appropriate metric to compare it to the preceding tiers.

(I know you aren't making any claims, but people often look at these things and make incorrect assumptions about the value of each Tier).
