Need advice for a shy person thinking about doing a solo travel

Do it to it. Seriously

It feels super weird to think/say this because i don't feel like im old. at all. but...

As you continue to get older (I recently turned 25), You'll realize that it gets harder and harder to get friends to go with you on international travels because everyone's got priorities, significant others, 9-5 jobs with very little time they feel comfortable to take off, frickin....babies and marriages. It's nuts.

I was never warned or at least never really paid attention to the fact that how as you grow older, you grow more distant from any friends you have or may have had. It's like the saddest part about growing up if you ask me :'(.

But I can go on all day about my own opinions and how thrilled I a to have the lifestyle I have and been able to travel as much as I have over the past year and only plan on increasing that in the very imminent future. [Rambling] Don't get me wrong, I definitely want a wife. I definitely want kids. But NOT for AT LEAST 5 more years. I privately pity my close friends who recently have gotten engaged and/or had a baby. I'm happy for them, because they're happy --- and that's it --- but deep down under im like "oh wow good luck with all that. this should be fun to watch from a distance....".
