Protip: if a factor or point is important and you would like to convey your stance make sure you don't conveniently leave it out or be inconsistent.

It's just like me suddenly screaming at you for sitting on my bed(I fucking abhor that) the first time you are here and I did not tell you how it affects me beforehand.

Update: also the condo security incident manages to garner so much support because of the various underlying factors including basic human behavior, rich-poor divide and FTAs - Matters which most ppl understand(or assume to) and have a say in right from the start.

As for religion, especially one seemingly practised by a few only, it is something very specific and niche. So it's no surprise not many can emphatize.

Especially so when you cannot even be consistent or put your main point across.

But I'm pretty sure you will get more reaction if you post on r/hinduism or related. Just like I would get more attention if I posted on r/taoism regarding something that disrespected mine.

So chill, it's not that we are shitty Singaporeans, we are just ignorant human beings. If you feel so strongly about this then do your part and make ppl understand. Go on a peaceful campaign. Volunteer and spread your teaching, etc..

Just don't expect ppl to understand your pov right off the bat magically.
