(Need Advice) Reddit accounts without verified email

Does Reddit display the email linked to our account on password reset situation? Like a message saying "an email containing the link to reset your password has been sent to johnsmith@google(dot)com" so that the attacker can know my email linked?

I went through a situation like the one I mentioned in my post in one of my subreddits and from that time I believed having an email linked would allow me to reset my password and regain my account even if someone hacks my Reddit account. To be extra sure I used an alias (that has no visual similarities to my personal email address) so that even if the mail gets compromised I can delete the alias so that I have my account back and the hacker couldnt get access to my account at the same time my email is not compromised as it never exist when I delete the alias.
