Her fault. She might leave a negative review for it, but what can you do? Maybe offer a discount if she purchases another item (or maybe free shipping?).
We had someone put their work address instead of their home address. When the item showed deliver and it wasn't at their home, they went apeshit crazy, called us scammers, etc. We told them it was shipped at X address and we can file a insurance claim with USPS if they want. Next day they tell us it was shipped at their work address, they blamed us for it, insulted us and left a 1 star review.
'cuz you know... we put the wrong address... (that's sarcasm... I don't know their work/home address, i only know the 1 address they put on the check out).
