Your circle probably won’t start to drop until your mid twenties when people are trying to establish the rest of their lives.

Surviving sucks when someone else isn’t paying your way. Most likely your life will become centered around whatever career you choose.

Your friends’ personalties will begin to change as people stop trying so hard to fit in and begin pursuing their own interests more than what the things that will make them popular with the group.

You’ll lose some friends. You’ll keep some friends. You’ll make some friends. You may find that your high school friends are your friends for life or you might find after a change like college that you fit in better somewhere else.

Eventually people will start to pair off and start families and that and their careers will be their main focus but that tends to happen in the mid twenties, early thirties.
