i was thinking to find another driving instructor but i m not sure if they will be willing to let me borrow their car for the pda without get a lesson on two at least with them .

I think most others here have given up repeating themselves to you... but as per the last time you posted on this topic and numerous people including myself answered that charging for a couple of lessons at a minmum was normal before an instructor could informally assess you and then trust you with their vehicle. They don't want to make insurance claims on their asset if it can be avoided.

If you dont like opinion of your first instructor expect someone else to still appraise you first before they let you use their vehicle
