Thank you. You are right. I do still work full time so not semi-retired, I put it in that light because I will retire in a year. Trying to change gears to head in that direction.

I agree there is a conversation that needs to be had. I don't want to have That conversation with this employee. It will not go well. I don't want to fire this employee either as I was not the one that hired and as I said I will be gone in a year and this employee has great potential - which come to think of it is a good jump off point for the conversation. However, I am going out of town in a matter of hours. I don't have the time I need to have this conversation until I get back.
