I feel towards dismissing the possibility that I somehow could "program" your neurons accidentally, and that way somehow I myself primed them to cause a psychosomatic symptom which I personally would not ever want on you for no purpose, but perhaps some force working through me. Highly hypothetical, MAYBE if it was, it was my jealous twin flame scaring you for some weird reason, weird because you've not shown any affection towards me any time and I don't suffer from it either. MAYBE if it was, it was my twin flame scaring ME for the reason I've been overly warm and friendly towards you and some other women.
Have you also considered the possibility that the conspiracy subredditers had some capabilities to cause this as a disturbance to you? I would go with the ascension symptom, but if it's plain physical well...

SERIOUSLY, who the hell says that? I didn't give him ANY reason to talk to me in this manor. We were not that "close" for him to talk to me like this.. That's totally insane/nuts. It came OUT OF NO WHERE.
And then,

IN ADDITION, he would read my replies to other members around here that were totally unrelated to him, then private message me directly about it... For example:
Hey, unless you've left for a cup of tea and chats and such, I would just really say I'm amazed how much information you've kept from people and I'm sorry that you got attacked for telling your truth. I see you're transparent to both telling your truth and recieving influences and putting them on and reading people's minds like mine and posting the information on the forum for everyone to see and lifting people and uplifting the whole thing.
