NEED HELP

I am sorry to hear you are in a difficult situation.

So just to clarify what you're saying: - You were not born in the USA, nor were either of your parents/grandparents, nor did either naturalize before you turned 18. (Please mention if any of these things did in fact happen!) - Your fiancé has been resettled in the U.S. through HIAS - You previously had LPR status (green card) through your parents, but it's been over ten years (i.e. potentially abandoned) - There's no way to get a passport (and lawfully leave Iran) without your father's or husband's permission.

Your fiancé should seek legal advice from a licensed immigration attorney in the United States that is familiar with Iranian immigration. He can probably get decent referrals from HIAS. His ability to petition for fiancées or spouses depends heavily on his current status. Also keep in mind that many Iranian nationals are currently barred from entry to the U.S.

However, that doesn't fix your passport problem. I'm not familiar enough with Iranian law and culture to point to any resources. Do you have any Muslim male cousins or family friends who are potential allies?
