As someone who has been solo queuing Casual and Ranked since Skull Rain, I totally understand what you're going through.
Having friends WILL definitely boost your confidence and stuff, but most importantly: they make the matches enjoyable despite a win, a loss, a whiff, whatever. But not all of us are that fortunate sometimes to get people to play with, and for someone with dep-------, it can be mentally daunting.
My advice? Take some time off.
The longest I've taken a time off Siege was about 2 months. I took a break somewhere along Operation Health and God, was it refreshing as f*** when I came back nearing the end of Blood Orchid.
Of course, it was during the uprising of PUBG and I had spent almost 100% of my game time with it, so I definitely needed some time to readjust myself back to my original R6S skills. But it was worth it.
I know I was going to do crap, and the drop in my 1st rank of the season (gold 4) surely highlighted that. But most importantly, I learned how to have fun.
I'm currently in a break right now too, with work distracting me temporarily, but I can't wait to get back into the action some time soon. Doubt this will help, just wanted to share some thoughts :)
Good luck out there {-}7
TL;DR - Take a break. Doesn't have to be extensive, a (few) days or a week is a good sweet spot, and don't stress it out too! R6S just like any other game, is just a video game :)
