Need help for a PC build

I'm sure someone may have a "better" build out there, but here's my go at it.

[CPU cooler] Since you probably won't overclock, no aftermarket cooler is needed (so I'm told by everyone) so that will shave off a couple bucks.

[Disk drives] Disk drives are long gone. USB stick is enough to load up windows or linux on to your boot drive.
