Need help: the Most BORING Fantasy Building Concievable

I wholeheartedly support this one. I'm playing a neutral evil warlock that operates a loan office, dealing in contracts of all sorts. He deals with legitimate financial loans, offers third-party arbitration/mediation services, and other mundane clerical (heh) services like notarization. Guards never look his way twice, it being a boring building of bureaucracy. Of course he also offers contracts akin to deals with the devil in which he will complete basically any task for a... reasonable fee. He is the best character I have ever played, and the DM is having a hell of a time justifying any external interference since I always ensure that all plans are meticulously crafted and all affairs are in order before going off questing. I exist as an anti-murderhobo deterrent, so there's that too.
