The final phase
So during the second time that you fight the boss (before the jump stage) you can use both health flowers safely. They will regenerate for the final stage
And yeah, just get some rot and explode those yellow rods. I think the first one is impossible since you start with zero rot though. Just gotta use your shield and hob over the lava blasts
