Sorry about the low quality photo! I’ve been aiming for grey hair with black roots, like a grey balayage, ombre kind of thing. I have asian hair so it’s been a long process.

I’ve had a few sessions before this where the stylist used low level bleach, and this is after the first time where the stylist started using stronger bleach.

When she showed me this in the salon, I thought it looked great (probably due to lighting and angle). But now I see there’s a blunt line between the colours in some parts. The lighter parts are also a bit uneven.

The toner they put in washed out in 2-3 washes, and purple shampoo doesn’t do much. Should I go back to the salon and get this fixed? I feel like I don’t really trust them anymore... Is there anyway to style my hair until my next appointment so it looks a bit better?
