I need to leave home ASAP! Help me!

CPS has to investigate every time they are are called. They don’t ignore the call just because they already visited the family before. You are a German teenager and I am an American adult who has worked in the Child Welfare and family court system for many years; I promise you that I am more intimately familiar with the process of calling CPS in the US than you are.

If OP can give CPS more specific accounts of her mistreatment rather than general claims like that she was threatened and an emotional slave, CPS can act on it. If OP continues to give the same vague claims she provided here, you are right, nothing is likely to come of it.
