need a little help.

Hiii, your situation is so hard. I can relate from my younger years :(

I'm not a professional but I can offer some advice from what I learnt myself to help my depression.

Let's firstly adress the 'phase' part. Let's say as you develop and become adolescent life is really hard and that does make u depressed. Maybe it lasts a few years. A lot of the types of depression can be predictable to some extent. That does NOT make you any less valid. You don't deserve to feel bad.

If you can't get a diagnosis then let's not dwell on that because we know self diagnosis isn't a good idea.

One of the points of a diagnosis is to understand you have something then figure out how that 'something' can be treated/helped.

If you feel you may genuinely fit the criteria then you can do self help. If you look at official websites on self harm and depression self help.

Everyone's situation is different so take all my opinions with a pinch of salt. If it's only a negative view they have on you. Do you think it might be worth getting help anyway? If you are in the UK I think your GP can help you contact CAMHS if they think that will be helpful.

Please remember I'm NOT a professional and when u look at websites for self help check they are reputable and safe.

Please be careful, you matter.
