Need a new phone: iPhone or Galaxy

Personally I'd go to Galaxy. I've got a iPhone 6s+ and it's the last iPhone I'll own. I know the cameras are nice but I'm annoyed with stuff like removing the headphone jack and FaceID only allowing 1 face per phone which just seem to inconvenience users for no real benefit.

Also, don't close apps on your phone to extend battery life, it's an old wive's tale that actually isn't true. The phone uses more power when it has to reopen these apps as opposed to when it pauses them when they're in the background. One thing to extend battery life though is turning off background refresh on apps you don't need immediate notifications for (for example I leave it on for messaging apps but off for most other things).
