We need to be reminded of this.

The people pushing go on the machine aren't the ones that had to spend extra time in college for organic chemistry classes and etc.

Weed is extremely easy to grow. Like stupid easy. Really good quality weed with no pesticides and no microbial agents detected in the flower after harvest? That takes a lot of skill and patience and knowledge. Take someone who has grown for 40 years... He probably knows everything about growing. He's the master (with the master degree) and a new kid comes along, it wouldn't be difficult to show him the routine and everything so the new kid does exactly what the master does. Therefore in the end, the new kids plants are almost on the same quality as master growers, but the kid never took a class or anything besides learning the only one method from the master grower.

It's like that in pharmaceuticals. The masters formulate the drugs and find recipes and then when it gets passed, the list of supplies and ingredients sort to speak, are sent to the factory where there are hundreds of people who don't have the knowledge as the masters. All they can do is press the button they were told to press after dumping equal parts of bucket 1,2 and 3.

Makijg a new drug and stuff is extremely hard... But producing a drug that has already been created, is not as hard.

Just like with marijuana, keeping quality up is extremely difficult, growing anyold marijuana is easy, so easy it is called "a weed". But you have to keep in mind the Cannabis we want is female flowers with no pesticide and no microbial agents.
