I need some advice on my mental health

Avice - Validating someones pain can actually help them to relax a bit rather than be in an internal tension of “am I wrong for feeling this?” Being listened and at least try to be understood matters. This is a process and it takes time and they are so, so important in the healing process. It is necessary to their healing and understanding. Some people who have gone through trauma, are not able to trust themselves and/or their perception of reality. It actually allows them the opportunity to have more compassion towards themselves and in turn they are more able to move through the pain. Hopefully shedding light on this can decrease stigma! ❤️
