The PS90 is useless except as a toy, the cartridge is anemic as fuck. You are just perforating people with that thing. Guys tried and tried to make it work but the results were pathetic.

The Mosin is the Mosin. Not very practical but inexpensive and it'll work for what it does.

You're not going to be able to find a decent AK on a budget. They're very expensive and finicky with how the market is right now. If you want an AK, you need to go find an AK community and get smart on them before considering a purchase. Absolutely do not go buy one without being thoroughly informed.

The AR is the most practical and effective firearm in existence today. I get that you have an emotional aversion to it, but it's objectively the best fighting rifle you can buy. That's my recommendation, but at minimum get an AK if you can't bring yourself to run an AR.
