I need some help being more strict with my players.

You don't have to be strict, just assertive. How have you tried to get them to listen to you and how have they responded? I allot my players some time here and there to fuck around/socialize, especially irl, but if I want them to focus on something I just interrupt their conversation/browsing directly and tell them something like, "Ok, lets focus on this for a bit, I have stuff I want us to get through tonight"

I've never really have to go beyond that. I'm pretty sure they just understand that I'm not going to put up with shit like that and, if it comes down to it, I'll just replace them tbh. They've been around when I've replaced other players or kicked people out for a session or two if they disrespected me in the past, so that's probably it.
