Need some help guys really feeling down

You're being way too hard on yourself, friend.

I am no expert, okay? Are you measuring your food or eating things that explicitly state the calories? Are you being so strict that you feel like binging more than if you were a little looser with your food? Also, the first couple weeks of IF are trial and error and it is not all surprising that you plowed through a bunch of food after fasting. I think that is pretty common early on. It gets easier, I swear! For me, 16:8 doesnt work at all. The window is too long, I feel like I stay hungry all day. I do better, ironically, with 18:6 or longer. That's just me, though, and everyone is different. I think maybe you are so frustrated that you are being impatient and hard on yourself.
