I need some suggestion regarding with my employer here in UAE.

Having worked in an advertising company before, I had to take care of projects such as the creation of menus and brochures.

Since you have the role of a graphic designer, it is by no means your fault that a page was missing.

The project that you worked on must have passed many eyes before approval, and your only responsibility is to carry out the instructions of the account manager who communicates with the client, and then relays those instructions to you.

The account manager also has to make sure that your work is done as requested by the client.

Regardless, the client would not accept the project if the client sees that it is not complete, and would request for amendments, before printing thousands of copies.

In summary, you carried out your job and should not be blamed for the errors of others, and it sounds like the director/founder is looking for an excuse in order to attain something else.

Regarding the payment of medical insurance, the company must fully pay for it, and should never ask you to pay.

I don't want to jump to conclusions without too much information, but given that there are plenty of jobless yet experienced graphic designers in UAE, your migration to Dubai for a job role that is excessively available and heavily saturated seems fishy (at least in my opinion)

try googling the terms "quid pro quo abuse" and reading a little about it, if you feel that you are in a similar situation, you are better off looking for another job, or even returning to the philippines.

You can send me a private message if you would like to speak directly for a more open discussion.
