There is no law dictating to separate kids at the border or not. It is an administration decision. Obama did NOT separate kids from parents to the best of his ability. Sessions and the DOJ ramped it up intentionally.
I’m aware that Muslim isn’t a race. Trump was attempting to ban people from countries predominantly Muslim. So he’s treating it like a race.
We actually have no formal progression towards denuclearization other than a photo op meeting. Un could easily back out. Great if he doesn’t, but it’s not a win.

Also most of what I’m saying is based on what Trump has actually said. He has not successfully done a lot of “fascist” moves because most of them have been struck down. But it should be alarming that he’s even attempting to do so.
