We need to talk about poorly designed/bad skills

ok most of your list is completely wrong.

Now we don't get to use cluster seekers but I can tell you our airburst and explosive seekers have extremely high reliability.
They rarely miss.

Again, haven't used the burst firefly but the blinder is amazing and I've personally seen them navigate windows and heavy cover so....

Not familiar with remote pulse unless you mean the emp grenade which is in fact a poison grenade that works great against targets in a large area. (The red pulse looks cool too)

The oxidizer is incredibly fun and like our riot foam launchers (not to be confused with our man-portable backpack unit) can easily pass through walls to hit unsuspecting agents.

Bombardier drone. MY PERSONAL FAVORITE and imo the best skill hands down.
It has top tier seek capability and will pursue any distance, up stairs, inside structures, can adjust targeting on-the-fly _and _ like our seekers has gunfire avoidance logic to prevent being destroyed. Love it.

A close second would have to be our suicide drones and I doubt I need explain why... can launch 2 at a time each with it's own targeting and the thing that puts it over the top is the zero cooldown. Simply amazing.

The flame turret with 360 targeting and unlimited uptime/fuel is great but with so many skills, weapons, sentient Ai, it just doesn't make the list.

Did you intentionally leave out our gps guided fin stabilized rapid fire grenade launchers??
