We need to talk about Savage X Fenty...

34G over here, Caucasian and work out 5 days a week (it's relevant I swear). Panache and Freya's underwire sports bras changed my life. I used to feel very uncomfortable exercising in general, which was a problem because my job has many physically demanding elements to it. Also having an hourglass body type in a blue collar environment can draw unwanted attention when wearing conventional bras. There's no amount of support in traditional bras that will eliminate 'jiggling' when running or walking down stairs. I now wear underwire sports bras everyday, after biking 30 minutes to work, wearing them until I get home (no chafing!). It makes my chest look proportionate to my frame, no jiggling when I literally jump up and down or specifically move in a way to make them move (you know what I mean). It's a game changer. I'll never go back to wearing traditional bras, unless I'm going to a formal event.

This particular nude bra matched my skin tone perfectly (pale af). I can wear lacy shoulder shirts/dresses with no one noticing. It's unlined, no padding whatsoever (so nipples can show) but the support and wearing a bra that feels like a second skin is so worth it. Freya has more selection in style and color, but panache is a close 2nd. http://www.freyalingerie.com/lingerie/core/ac2008/underwired_sports_bra.aspx?colour=nude https://www.panache-lingerie.com/ca/shop/product/sports-full-cup?colour=013
