I need your brutally honest feedback. What would you improve on our web app for filmmakers?

Thanks a lot for you helpful feedback!

Anyone with a system already in place isn't going to want to rock the boat.

You mention an important point here. My impression is that many agencies out there haven't found a great system yet, but found a way to manage their client review workflow. Our goal should now be to find the innovators, early adopters and the ones who are not happy with the status quo. Those are the ones who can give Fulestage a piggyback into the company world.

Why sell to 1000+ production companies when the advertising agency can mandate what they use anyways. I guess it always depends on who has the biggest pain point. When a film production company has always trouble to manage their review process they will probably see a value in Filestage. But I see you're point. When a big agency like Saatchi & Saatchi will use Filestage, this will have a big impact on many constractors. Everybody will automatically will be interested in Filestage.

Clients set the budget. If this is a line item when the project is funded the creatives will use it. If the creatives have to pay for it out of their own wages you'll have slower uptake. That's a good point. You definitely have a higher uptake when their is a budget for project management software. But it depends again who feels the biggest pain point and who saves time using Filestage. So far it's way easier to get in contact with freelancers and film productions, because they clearly see a value - to work more efficient with Filestage. I recognized that they decide way faster. Larger companies are way slower in decision making, but when they decide to work with your tool, you have a large impact.

Any advice on how to get in contact with large clients with budget?

Thanks again!
