I think the Zia is a little awkward for a few reasons:
It doesn't look very good being in front of only part of the word. I think it would look best completely behind the rest of the word. That way, the vertical lines wouldn't conflict as much with the cursive.
The yellow could be a little more bold
That's all. I like it, and not just because it's way better than anything I could do. What is the design for? Company logo? Event flyer?
