[NeedAdvice] I have tried literally everything in the book

You're absolutely right about 1... I feel like whenever I try cutting things out, I just tend to do semi-productive things like following the news and doing non-priority chores which is just as bad imo. Then when school doesn't work out I think the cutting out didn't help. I'll give 2 weeks a go, sounds doable.

The thing about a buddy is that I'd feel really uncomfortable studying with someone else. It's something I've always done alone and I even made it a habit to wake up really early so I can study while everyone is asleep, so I won't be bothered.

But yeah, social anxiety is a major weak point in my life. I'm on a waiting list for my therapist again so I'm gonna try and fix it. Anything you wanna share is welcome, I definitely need it.

(have you tried running?)

It's actually the only thing I do. But I've been doing it consistently for 2 years now. Though mostly at home on my threadmill. Occasionally I go with a friend who offered outside, but I've been declining him more and more due to anxiety.

What do you actually journal about?

Well, I tried to just take note of when I actually start studying and for how long. What I wanna do that day too but it's never realistic and I honestly never know what is. Oh and also a review of my day and what I expect tomorrow to be like. Then on a seperate section I kept a list on what I ate and such for my diet. But I quickly gave up on my journal because I felt like it wasn't really working... Idk I also felt like I shouldn't be needing a journal.
