It actually does have AoE apparently. Its supposed to have a decompression wave effect on nearby enemies to the shot victim... for... 500 damage. lmao...

Of the Grenade launcher, explosive bolt and tac 50, I don't understand why the TAC doesn't have the absolute highest damage, its the precision murder tool.

I've thought a cool ability for it that keeps the spirit of the current one is if it could trample the remaining damage through armor.

Like normally if you shoot someone in the helmet for 100 billion damage, it only knocks their helmet off. TAC 50 could trample the remaining damage into their health, potentially killing them outright.
