Nervous I forgot everything I learned

You're not overreacting, maybe just thinking about it a little bit more than you should.

I haven't trained since early March and wasn't able to train, or do much of anything, at home up until recently. As ridiculous as it sounds I was shocked at how much I've retained, this being my longest break since white belts days and I had no clue how this was going to go down. It's definitely harder to come off breaks as a white belt, or with less experience, because the retention and memory just isn't there to draw upon. Sure enough, I had a few auto-pilot moments while doing flow drills and sequences on the dummy that definitely put a smile back on my face.

I thought to myself "o.k., it's still there..." and kinda laughed for ever being remotely concerned. Yes, this is at home training with a dummy, there's no doubt I'll have timing issues and certain areas that will need to get back up to speed, but all is not lost. In fact, the only thing blurry were techniques we were in the process of learning, like brand new techniques, or situations.

You've got a solid core, or group, of techniques at this point, there's no doubt that stuff will be there. The best advice I could give would be to ease back into training, meaning don't overwhelm yourself trying to crash-course everything - just pick an area to focus on for the first few weeks.
