Netflix bleeds subscribers in US and Canada, with no sign of recovery

I honestly don't know what you are talking about. I've been a Prime user for a very long time. Have used it on desktop, Playstation, Roku, several models. Never a problem. The Prime app works like a regular catalog, you find what you want, click on it and play. No issue with playback controls, maybe not the smoothest but not a problem. I have not used Disney+ yet.

To name one thing that actually matters, Prime's use of IMDB ratings is a monumental improvement over the garbage system Netflix uses. In addition, Prime also offers user ratings. I can't begin to put into words how different I rank these platforms in terms of user enjoyment, content aside. As a user, Prime is neutral with good marks, while the Netflix app to me should be taken out back and shot in the head, and start again from scratch having fired all the people that have been making decisions there.
