So here’s the thing. That Rockets roster was built for one purpose. The Warriors. And CP3 played one of the best series I’ve ever seen. 90% of what CP3 did was not on the stat sheet, and his stat sheet looked excellent. He was the better player on the Rockets that series, and he was the closer. We were missing Iguodala too, and that mattered, but they were stupid close to winning that series. But that doesn’t mean they automatically would have won the chip. LeBron was still waiting, and frankly they didn’t match up as well against the Cavs as they did us.
