8) How often can you join the server?: I get on the server every day for a good portion of the day; that is usually the case.
9) How would you contribute to our community?: I am a very chill guy. I am very easy to get along with, and I try to befriend all of my fellow server members. I will help anyone if they ever need it in any situation. I'd like to think that I'm a pretty decent builder, and I won't leave the terrain decimated by creeper holes and such if such a thing were to happen.
10) Why do you want to join our server?: Ever since the old server I used to play on got disbanded, I have been on the search for a good small community of people that I can replace it with. All the servers I've been on since that one have all been a bunch of people who say they will be active, then aren't or people that I don't have much in common with.

12) Would you be able to participate in events that require the use of Skype or Teamspeak?: Yes, one of the main things I enjoyed doing with my old server was doing UHCs, grouping up a fighting the dragon, and doing maps.

14) Situation 1: If you found items laying on the ground, what would you do?: Put them in a chest or something, and ask whose it is, I'm no larcenist douche.
15) Situation 2: If a player begins to argue with you, what would you do?: I'm a grown ass man, I'm not about to be arguing over the internet.
16) Situation 3: If you suspect someone of stealing/griefing, what would you do?: Depends on the height of the situation. Generally, I'd ask around try to find if anyone knows who did it, and inform the mods, so they can ban the guy as soon as possible if need be. No need to make a big fuss about anything, most everything is re-obtainable.
