You're assuming Tsunade taught Shizune everything. You're assuming Tsunade can use what Shizune exclusively has, despite never using it herself.

No, I say Tsunade taught Shizune the basis, from were the latter developed. Moreover, I don't se why Tsunade is not capable of doing whatever her students did since she was the best doctor and a legendary healer, she established the basics and she should be more than able to do so. It's just like Chidori - just because Sasuke developed Chidori Stream, that doesn't mean Kakashi won't be able to use it.

Tsunade was retired. And just the fact her she built a new arm for Naruto proves she is more than able to modify cells and molecules. To say that Tsunade, who is legendar, can't master what Sakura developed it's disregarding the whole concept that surrounds her. But, in order to pass on stuff to new generation, the older generstion has to be nerfed. Just like Sakura got nerfed against Shin although she could win, just to prove things for Sarada's generation.
