I never want to go in debt. I want to cash-out a house, is this the wrong mindset?

I have debt for my car (60k). Debt for my student loans (400k). Debt for a duplex rental property (530k). Debt for a business loan (250k). I hoping to get another 200k for my business soon. And once the P&L statements are solid, l'd like to get a million dollar loan to get a commercial office building to lease out. I'm in my 20's and the only thing I want in this world is the ability to get more debt. The more banks I can convince to lend me money, the more I can inevitably make. Every great business and networth in America was built on a pile of debt. And God bless this country for giving us that opportunity. If OP is this worried about debt, they have already lost the game. Without taking on debt, you'll be stuck with a W-2 as your only means, forever.
