Neverwinter Fellowship seeking to fill a sword position

hmm, yes there is a method called sandwitch or burger: It says that negative feedback should be coated in positive (usually fluff) And also especially USA mentality (yes, it's actually studied) is against direct feedback.

So it could have gone like this:

I see you put a lot of effort in your post, it really shows the passion about the topic and the guild. (the fluff)

I would like to point out that perhaps, maybe, for non native english speakers or maybe, perhaps to some native speakers, all the caps will be a bit distracting and making it a bit difficult to read, oh and maybe some line space will help too. (the feedback, but not direct, always hinted and maybe)

(and again finishing with positive, supposed to provide other aspect than the starting one, but usually you wont find one, so fluff again) Great post, keep up the good work.

Now, that is all nice, IMO, it's useless. Feedback should be to the point, and not coated with so much fluff that the receiver thinks it's all great.

But to the point, I didn't try to fix anything, you said that my post is not constructive feedback, I counter argue that it's indeed is. Just without the fluff that added to it's presentation. But the feedback stands. And yes it's constructive.
