No it does not. You and everyone else downvoting me should crack a fucking dictionary. Confront means to approach someone directly to take issue. As opposed to indirectly which would be non confrontational. It carries with it the classification of aggression which also dorsnt overtly carry connotations of physicality. But slapping stickers and filming for purpose of public shaming is basically the opposite of non aggressive.
