Did you ever hear the tragedy of Passenger the Chain caster? I thought not. It’s not a story Hypergryph would tell you. It’s a Rhodes Island legend. Passenger was a 6* caster, so bad and useless he could use his arts and technology to influence lightning to do absolutely nothing… He had such a lack of damage that he could even stop the enemies he attacked from dying. The chain caster archetype is a pathway to many skills some consider to be completely useless. He became so bad… the only thing he was afraid of was becoming irrelevant, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, the Kal'tsit banner is just around the corner, so nobody really paid that much attention to him. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.
