New $999 Surface Laptop configuration now available from Microsoft

Never said that at all, you need to go back and learn to read more carefully. I said MaxQ GPUs are designed for what you literally claimed was infeasible, which is clearly false if you're at all familiar with the design and purpose of MaxQ technology.

I'm not going to give you the opportunity to degrade a list of notebooks that you've never had your hands on. If you're so experienced in this market, then you'd already know at least one product on that list by now, and if you publicly denounce with it, you're only doing so to raise the appeal of the Surface laptop, likely because you're affiliated with Microsoft in one form or another. Some of us here went to college and understand modern online marketing, especially given the fact that we're conversing in a subreddit that's operated by and swarming with Microsoft employees.

Might I suggest you lose the "I'm a developer and I know more than you do" arrogant attitude, because although it certainly may apply to the majority of people you speak to on the internet, it absolutely does not apply to all. You're not exactly talking to a misinformed internet rando right now. There's a good chance I've been exposed to this market and technology much longer than you have, and judging by your immaturity level, I'm willing to put money on it.

You need to learn to listen to people without letting your overinflated ego step in the way. You are clearly not at the knowledge level that you place yourself at. Some people are smarter than you are, and you need to learn to accept that right now if you plan on doing anything with a development career in the real world.
