SO MANY FEELS...and thoughts. No idea how long this will go but just stick with me please.
First, can we talk about the battle between Eren and his dad's ex wife who also killed his mother!?!? <a href="http://a1.mangasee.co/manga/?series=ShingekiNoKyojin&chapter=50&index=1&page=30"> crazy! </a>
I mean whoa. Crazy CRAZY implications! Most of them have been discussed by our brilliant minds in the group but we had no idea how many TRULY epic moments we've seen because we had no idea they were even happening! But I've done a little retracing and found a few interesting moments from the early days. Nothing REALLY revolutionary but things I'm just personally figuring out. I may just be late and stupid but whatever.

The only reason I didn't was because I found this subreddit and got a little explanation. but whoa. when she said "you guys can't go home empty handed, right?" geez.... so real.
but wait, there's more. here's a few from WAY back.

He had literally no clue. They were about to make their move to get the Coordinate back to the mainland RIGHT THEN. But Reiner hesitates and soon they find out there is a shifter there. Crazy. Crystal clear now...made no sense then.

I appreciated this new chapter a ton. Because we knew so little about where they were from, what it was like, and what their motivation was besides obtaining the coordinate...i found it SUPER challenging to figure out the story.
I think I've got a better grip now. But as @Pinkanimelover said, I HAVE to reread everything with this perspective.
