How is this vague? I’m on the play, T1 I play swamp duress, no targets pass turn. Opponent plays plains pass. T2 ziatoras proving ground pass. Opponent plays plains Thalias lieutenant and Mishra’s foundry and hit me with Mishra’s foundry. T3 I play a pain land and cast my bank buster and pass. Opponent plays plains, taps 3 plains and plays brutal cathar but still manages to hit me for 4 using the Mishra’s foundry and Thalia. That should not be possible even if I somehow accidentally skipped a turn and they got an extra land drop, both times my opponent tapped all other lands besides Mishra’s foundry and still hit me for 2 with it. That’s not possible because it costs 2 mana to man Mishra’s foundry.
