New Chef Sucks

You need to GET OUT! A Chef who talks to you that way will not change his stripes. Your Boss will always try to convince you things are fine... you know why? Because it costs more money for him to train the new guy. It's easier to ask you to deal with the bullshit and stop complaining. He and the new Chef will try to reassure you that things will improve. Three months later things won't change. All across the country every restaurant I know is desperate for workers. If you apply almost anywhere you can ask for a raise and you can get it. You can make more money, doing less work, in a restaurant that treats you with RESPECT. Never settle for people who treat you that way.
