Reuters is the worst news source out there, entirely manipulative and full of lies. I remember couple of months they shook the Indian crypto market with a report that the govt will ban and arrest offenders after a 6 month period to liquidate. This lead to many selling and there was a big discount in the Indian market as everyone went to the exits. Local media covered this negatively too.
