New or considering the move to Moncton?

I wouldn't agree that the cost of living is THAT great anymore :/. Prices (especially for rent) have gone up a lot. I remember when I used to live there just 3 years ago, I was renting a place for 960$ that was bedrooms and pretty higher-end with its own gym in the building. Now, prices are comparable with a city 5x its size. Was looking at renting prior to buying a new house before moving back but ended up just buying a small house in Moncton.

Also, there's a lot more poverty rolling into Moncton. More homelessness, and drug addicts roaming the streets. It's sad. It sometimes feels like it's one step away from being another Windsor or Barrie.
