New console ESO bro

There isn't really one if we are talking about min/maxing. You'll never be as tanky as a tank or what you sacrifice to be tanky will make you less of a damage dealer vs other archers.

That being said. Nightblade will seem like an obvious choice. You can syphon health, go invisible, etc... BUT you won't be able to do those things as often as you might like if you are built for stamina because many of those powers use magicka and your magicka will be much lower than a magicka build NB. I've run both types on PC and my NB archer (bosmer btw, but Imperial, Khajiit, Redguard are all good choices) can only go invis one or two times before he's out of magicka and the heals from his siphoning powers are a fraction of what my magicka nightblade can hit for + my magicka NB can cast invis almost indefinitely.

You might want to look at some other classes - a lot go with Nightblade or Templar archers, which are good, but to add some tankiness I think Dragonknights and Sorcs might even be better. Sorcs using pets and shields to add tankiness and they have a power that lets them drain magicka from themselves and get stamina back in return. Dragonknights are just a tanky class in general with one of the best shields in the game (that also helps your allies as well) and one of the best self heals (heals based on missing health no matter what your stamina or magicka is). They also have a few stamina morphs of some of their DoT abilities which gives them an edge over other classes there since no other classes have stamina DoTs.

This isn't like say a skyrim game where you can be the best at everything on one character. You will be able to be good or great enough at everything though to get through the quests and all that and be useful in most dungeon runs. The only time not min/maxing might make you hit a wall will be the veteran versions of some content (like hard mode) or in pvp against someone that is min/maxed. The good news tankiness wise though is that medium armor is quite a bit better than it used to be in that area, so you won't exactly be squishy as a stamina dps player.
