New Driving / Pull Over Laws for Police

Well driving experience and I've always been good with numbers. I was a kid who breezed through math, physics and calculus in school. Regularly getting 100s on everything. My internal clock is extremely precise, and as someone who is also a recreational pilot, I think my ability to estimate distances is well above average. I've also been on tracks and have experienced taking cars upwards of 300km/h. Additionally, having a bit of a lead foot, I have plenty of experience seeing the differences between certain levels of speeding. In my life I've driven well over 500,000km so far, so it's not like I just got my driver's last year or something.

So maybe you don't have much of a clue, but I know I do, and I'm sure there are lots of others out there
